Directions - Infuse a heaped teaspoon with 250ml boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Add honey, sugar or milk to taste.
Nothing soothes the mind than this blend. Since I began drinking tea at night time, I never have any trouble falling asleep with this blend. It actually helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Feel super refreshed in the morning.

Drawn to this caffeine free blend
I Can't Believe its Not Coffee, I was drawn to this blend as it is Caffeine free, and I haven't been able to have coffee for almost 10 years now, from time to time I miss the robust flavour that I haven't found in a tea without it being over powering. I think I have finally found the blend to fill that void. It is a strong flavour that is very similar to a good coffee but not too overwhelming, therefore I would find it perfect for all those other coffee drinkers that don't want to leave the flavour behind but need to reduce their caffeine intake.
So happy that I found MentaliTEA Collective and look forward to my next flavour choice!
