Lessons, celebrations and gratitude from 2022 ✨
Well, here we are January 2023, what are you celebrating from 2022?
Last year was certainly a much different one than the past couple hasn’t it? We have been able to travel and see loved ones, get back out into the world and explore all of its’ delights. For me that looked like a few days away in a pet friendly AirBnB in Shoal Bay NSW in May. Lady had the best time exploring the beach, dog parks and lots of rests in between. Then in November I travelled to Phoenix, Arizona USA to a wellness spa & resort. My goodness if you haven’t been to one of these before I highly recommend that you do even once in your life. A chance to rest, reflect, reinvigorate, and inspire myself to grow and expand both personally and professionally (all the while sipping tea of course).
My business Mentalitea Collective expanded with collaborations from the lovely Fran from Hemp Co skincare, Anne from Seven Islands skincare and Haleyy from Little Goodlocks & Co. Luxuriously and deliciously aromatic hand cream, bath salts, cuticle and hair serums to name a few.
Oh and to meet your desire for tea bags, we launched both Snooze Tea and Unwind Tea options for you – have you sipped yours yet? What is your favourite blend?
Now celebrations can be as big or as small as you want to make them. Plus a great opportunity to tap into an energy of mindfulness, gratitude and abundance – the flow is amazing through your body.
Some questions to ask yourself:
- What were my firsts that I did/ achieved in 2022?
- What goals did I set for myself in 2022 and I met?
- What surprises delighted me in 2022?
- What did I learn about myself?
- What delighted me this year?
- Who did you become this year?
Big questions I know, and ones that will take some time, focus, and clear energy to ponder over and delight in. Why not enjoy a delicious cup of tea while doing so – such a loving and mindful ritual to support you reaching the right frame of mind.
Words that come to mind for me about 2022 include: feminine, brave, vulnerable, open, delighted, blessed, abundant, authentic and calm. I do admit I faced several challenges during 2022, some that were quite painful emotionally and physically, others that were inspiring, uplifting and loving.
I am truly thankful for all that 2022 has given me, I hope you are too. I would love to hear what you are celebrating this year, if you are happy to share, I invite you to contact me via email, DM me on Insta or Facebook. Even better if you are happy for me to share your celebrations and cuppas too!
