There is nothing trivial about our mental health and sometimes we need a little extra help (absolutely nothing to feel ashamed of)... From my own experience, that often looked like listening to an inspiring podcast, short YouTube video or journaling. 

What is important is to find what works for you in each moment and that may change depending on the circumstance, how you are feeling and what you need in that given moment. Key word need ...  It is so important to tune in and listen to what our beloved bodies are telling us they need. 

By no means are these they answers, more some of what I found helpful for me, especially during the dark/ sad/ heavy times when I didn't want to leave the house let alone my room. Please know that it can be better and you are always worth the time, effort, energy, and, most importantly the love
