About MentaliTEA Collective?


Hi, I am Dianne and I am so grateful to have you here.  I am mum to my gorgeous fur baby, Lady and lover of nature, wellness and I am a mental health advocate. I am the founder and the face behind MentaliTEA Collective, my heart driven project that was born so that I could share my healing journey and hopefully help many others along the way. I was everything to everyone… except myself. My sleep was restless and there was nothing left in the tank. I was filled with caffeine and somehow still exhausted. I had to change something but it had to be easy, I was too stressed for complex. And if you’re here, I am sure it’s a feeling you’re familiar with!

Swapping coffee for herbal tea, the change in my sleep was profound, my nervous system calmed, my digestive system thanked me.
Most importantly I was a happier, calmer version of myself around my loved ones, who deserved the best of me. 
This inspired me to bring MentaliTEA Collective to life and share not only my journey, lessons and experiences, also natural alternatives for a healthy life (whatever that means and looks like for you).
I am a proud IVF warrior and I openly share my journey in hopes that it will lessen the isolation that is felt in this space. I speak honestly about my struggles and the rollercoaster of emotions that come with IVF.
I am an open and empathetic ear and hope that the MentaliTEA Collective platform feels like a place of comfort where vulnerability has an open invitation.
